If you own or run a small or charitable organisation, you may not have the need or  budget for a permanent member of staff to look after your Human Resources requirements.

This is where I can help.  I can come into your organisation and essentially become part of your team on a flexible, consultancy basis.  I will investigate your current Human Resources needs and review your existing documentation and then improve, alter or even design new Human Resources documents, processes, policies and procedures that fit your business needs. I can offer advice and support on employment issues, disciplinaries and grievances, or assist with interviews and recruitment, ensuring a correct process is followed.

Perhaps you would like assistance with training, learning and development, review processes, employee engagement initiatives or mentorship? Again, this is something I can help with.

I can either work on specific projects, or offer a few hours a month on a retainer to advise and assist with Human Resources matters. 

I specialise in start up companies, who need their HR processes and culture set up or companies who haven’t had the chance to develop their HR offering.  I have worked extensively in start up organisations who have growth in mind, ensuring their HR processes helped and added value in the development of their employees and staff culture.

From my own experience, I have seen just how important and helpful it is to everyone in an organisation to have the correct HR processes and paperwork in place from the start, to help with easing some of the ‘growth pain’ that many companies can experience.
